Breast Without Spot (BWS)
Crush Cancer!
Cancer is a disease that can affect anyone, anywhere, in any country, at anytime, but it does not have to be a death sentence.
“We were able to stop Ebola; let’s fight Cancer fiercely and collectively to bring the death rate down significantly as we work together.”
Pinky Professor

In their own Words
During one of the sessions at the conference, I listened to Prof. Ifeoma Okoye speak about her work in cancer control and Breast Without Spot (BWS). I was so moved by her passion that I turned down what was my first paying job to instead volunteer with BWS.
DR. LOLA JAMES (MENTEE)
Perhaps our most ambitious endeavours have been the establishment of the Cancer Health Fund (CHF) and National Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment (NICRAT). It was and will always be a beautiful tag team. Together we plan, together we plot, we beg, we work very hard to meet our objectives. I cherish our 6am banters and voice notes.
H.E Dr. ZAINAB SHINKAFI-BAGUDU
Training and retraining has been her mantra and we who know her are aware of her superhumanly untiring efforts to get us trained and retrained and trained and retrained again. She would give free lectures in her home and would not release us until the dullest in the class understood every concept.
